Gift certificates can be picked up, mailed, couriered to you or even e-mailed to you for those
last minute emergencies

Required Information:
To complete your gift certificate, please provide us with the following:

• the full name of the person the certificate is for
• a contact telephone number for the person who the certificate is for
• the full name of the person who the certificate is from
• what treatment or package or course of treatments or dollar amount you would
  like to give
• the names you would like to see on the certificate itself
  (e.g. To: Mom, From: Sally, John and Sally the cat)
• payment information: please either send us your credit card number and expiry date,
  or please let us know if you would prefer us to call you to obtain the credit card
  information directly
• The email address you would like the certificate sent to.
